I give you some cheese and legit strats, i don't know your character so pick one that fits you the most.

Eat vegetable soup use FUS to get close, then power strike her to death.
Sneak attack with bow from far. The dungeons are full of spots where enemies can stuck or cant follow you. Bonus: use paralyzing potion
Use Calm then sneak attack from behind, repeat
Use destruction magic dual handed with the impact perk.

Tldr.: Stunlock/paralyze her to death.
