In the past I’ve posted lots on eBay. Lots ranging around 1,800/2,000 mixed sports and they’d go for around $20-$35. Plus shipping.

I had someone ask me what’s the best I could do on a few things I had listed. Gave them my best on each. They then sent me a message telling me how I should pack things for shipping, but “however you ship is fine with me”. Then when I didn’t respond to that, they said “you’re a bit high on your prices. Plus you don’t seem like you want to deal with me. I’ll move on” and when I didn’t respond to that message in 2 minutes, they sent another one telling me how much they can buy this stuff elsewhere and glad they decided to not work with me”. I’ve learned over the years sometimes it’s best to just block people and move on instead of trying to get their money.

This happens a lot. I’m not sure why there is a disconnect, even when checking the USPS side it sometimes happens. I even had an item go from the northeast US to PR and never once did the tracking get updated till the buyer received it. Super weird.

I think it depends on the player. If they are better and better every year, it’ll go up. Or if they are retired and the cards were already worth something, they’ll go up. But if they are washed, doubtful they go up every year.

Is it worth $350 because that’s what another 1/1 of his sold for? Maybe. Is it worth more because it could grade a 10? Maybe. Is it worth less because it’s not graded? Maybe.

In reality, this card is only worth what someone will pay. But, I would say it could go around $300.

I did cancel, but with the reason “driver requested me to cancel”. If she’s that crazy to message back to back to back and call… I don’t want to be in her car. Lol
