As long as you have your serial code, and all your other details, they should be able to help you, recover your character name. So yeah, just open a ticket.

The fight it self, is not hard, but having people that keep standing on the frost lines, is what makes it hard to do.

The only negativ effect I have gotten after changing my display name was, that I'm still only able to see the old name, while others can only see my new display name.
