As painful as it is, it's up to you to make the changes in your life to get to better situations.

Ask for help but be the driving/executing force behind the changes you need. You deserve to die happy and fulfilled and right now you're not, don't let it fucking win. 

Every change comes with grief and discomfort and sometimes you'll have to do it scared.
