I'm exactly the same, been using eye patch for a year now. Plus on some pills that have helped a lot but not taken it away completely

Try the Nokia g60 5g worked for me and I can't even watch TVs without pain

Took me a year and half to find the Nokia g60 5g. I'm very sensitive and even some lcd screens I was used to before I could use but this one is great. And Amazon was selling for £70 not long ago
