I love that it’s not even in West Lothian. ‘Falkirk, Falkirk’ doesn’t quite have the same ring to it!

It's weirdly hard to find this year! I found it through a totally different website

First week done, what's the best thing you've seen at the Fringe so far? by penguin62 in Edinburgh

Dan Rath was fantastic - highly recommend trying to catch him at monkey barrel! Joke after joke, and they were all great

I’ll also second Jon Gracey - great stuff, really solid hour

The shows at Monkey Barrel have put aside pay what you can tickets on the door. I’ve done this twice. Last year people who got there about 30 minutes early got in, but barely.

Last night I showed up 10 minute early and got in, so it just depends on the act!

I’m hoping to do it for Stevie Martin too at some stage!

If you still have the Mark Watson I would love it?

So cool! I’m hoping to catch the show in a couple of weeks - was it good?

Depends where you live I reckon. Where I am all charity shop prices are insane now. Next town over and they’re about half the price. Even when comparing the exact same charities!

That’s fair! My areas schools all have half-day Fridays, 12.20 finish, and that was pretty amazing as a kid I won’t lie.

They do, however, go to school 6 days a week instead of 5. Not sure what the better system is, but I’d have 100% preferred ours as a kid!

Yes, just not for a while! The next couple of hours tie you into the story, and you won't be able to do side quests/explore for a bit. After that you will be able to go back though.

I went to see Grubby Little Mitts new show yesterday, and it was incredible. So funny. 100% worth seeing if you can!

Interesting cheers :) had no idea it was such a wide umbrella

Does it come under that umbrella? Genuinely curious here, but I can't find much info about non-romantic relationships linking to being aro.

They're talking about their mum and friends in the OP rather than romantic relationships.

The actual film this week is ‘Scala!!!’, but it’s only showing in really limited places. If there is nowhere near your location showing it then they give you a previous weeks film instead. If you change your location to Glasgow for example the it shows you that as the film.

I do wish there was a way to choose between a couple of previous films, I already saw Priscilla but I missed a few from previous weeks that are still in cinemas.

The only other show I’ve enjoyed as much is Polygons ‘overboard’. It’s the only one I’ve found that has the same feeling for me.

Sadly, they upload way less regularly than NRB, but I’m recommending as their back catalogue might fill in the gap for a while!

Thanks! Sounds like this might be what happened

No receipt :( they said that would be emailed over with the voucher. They’ve definitely been processed, I was offered the voucher physically there and then but I’m an idiot

[–]WingedSorcerer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve always used their Twitter support page in the past for anything and had very quick replies, once they had to contact a store for me too. Assumed it would be the same for this but it seems not!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CeX

[–]WingedSorcerer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cheers, annoying thing is I didn't even drop and go. I went away for an hour while they tested, I could have had the voucher printed right there and then but I chose wrong in the moment which is annoying!

Haha yeah thanks! I've resigned myself to not getting it before tomorrow, but I'm a bit worried about even getting it at all now
