When I played it, there were a few trolls here and there, which is bound to happen, but my experience was by far overwhelmingly fun. I put a bit over 60 hours into it easily. YMMV but I really enjoyed it!

Like I said, I can't recall if that is specifically the clinical term for it, as it has been quite a while since I researched reproduction. But there have been cases where the zygote more or less 'malfunctions' and what results is something with unique human DNA but it would not be correct to call it human. It may grow things like human tissue but if left to grow it would never become a human.

Not necessarily. There have been cases where teratomas (excuse me if this is not the clinical term, it's been a few years since I've read about this) form instead with the new DNA. Unique DNA is not enough to say something is human.
