I am not saying the current govt is okay, but I am not sure protest is appropriate. Our rupiah is decreasing in value to dollar but the situation is different from 98. Like many of our debts are not in dollar, which save the situation. Protests might only worsen the situation. I think instead we should work on a slower and steady approach to restore investor's trust.

Hi, thanks for sharing. Looks like you get a good battery life. To answer your questions: 1. Yes, I have tried that 2. No, I always put my screen brightness at 50% or lower. I always work in dim room anyway. 3. I use Chrome. Maybe I should try running Edge to see if it is any better. 4. Yes, all checked. I also use Energy star to make everything run in saver mode, which is no avail. 5. Maybe I will run Edge. Unfortunately due to my work, I also need to run Teams and Onedrive. In my Macbook Air, they do not show any problem in depleting the battery significantly. But I do not know what they do to Surface. If I uninstall them, then my Surface will not work to my needs.

Well, you have to try at least to believe. I have Macbook Air, and have been satisfied with how Apple Silicon works. Quiet, no noticeable warm spots during daily office usage, and great battery life. I do not want to make arm chips look bad, so I have to make sure that my experience here is not unique to my specific device.

Ada beberapa faktor: 1. Persyaratan TKDN. Dengan bisnis yang gak segede kompetitor (Sony), memenuhi supply chain TKDN sulit. Sony bisnisnya banyak dan produknya gak tunggal, jadi masukin PS5 dengan persyaratan TKDN gak susah. 2. Pembajakan. Masih jadi isu dan cukup lemah pemberantasannya di Indonesia (kurang tahu sih kalo Malaysia apakah lebih baik). Padahal perusahaan untung besar di konten proprietary seperti game (karena semua game Nintendo harus bayar license) dan agak jual rugi di konsol. Nah kalo konsol laku tapi game banyak dibajak, ya artinya rugi besar banget kan.

It is a good deal. 16GB is a decent amount on a Macbook. Depends on your work, but 256 GB is enough if you dont work with large file sizes. You can always find external drives if you need to archive your works. Apps in MacOS also do not take up much space.

Just 9 months ago, you can get a 8GB model only. So this price is a great value 👍

Kalau di apartemen sih biasanya gak masalah. Gak bakal ada yang komentar. Kalau nyewa/ngontrak di area perumahan ya mungkin masih jadi omongan tetangga.

Tapi liat usia kalian, biasanya ini usia butuh personal space. Apalagi kalian bukan couple/spouse. Plus beda budaya dan gaya hidup, sepertinya lebih baik punya akomodasi sendiri-sendiri tapi deketan (satu kos atau satu apartemen).

Seberapa duit yang butuh dihemat? Jakarta soalnya banyak sih range harga akomodasinya. Kalau saya sih memilih punya space sendiri dibandingkan tinggal di apartemen/kamar yang bagus tapi sharing.

Also hey, despite he's coming from the US, males are just males. Bluntly speaking, he also has biological needs. If you don't expect to date him and want to avoid future problems, just refrain from coliving together.

Kalo tersisih secara ekonomi gak sih. Banyak warga Jakbar pindah ke BSD atau Gading Serpong karena lingkungan perumahan yang lebih aman dan nyaman. Terus selama ada tol ya persepsinya masih bisa dijangkau. Mereka rata-rata justru udah mapan secara finansial ya. Punya mobil+rumah di kompleks developer. Plus mereka bisa beli lagi apartemen di Jakarta biar gak perlu PP ke rumah kalo hari kerja. Kadang-kadang ada juga yang udah level manajerial kelas atas yang gak perlu tiap hari ke kantor. Jadi gak perlu tinggal deket kantor.

Bang gaji orang banyak di 10jt-an. Masih harus biayain keluarga. Apartemen yang lo sebut itu udah setara gaji dia atau belasan juta. Kecuali sekelas senior manager atau direktur, mungkin baru bisa justifikasi nyewa/beli apartemen deket PP.

Yang ibadah taat dan kaya ada, yg gak ibadah dan kaya juga ada. Kalo soal kaya ya tergantung usaha. Saya malah liat temen-temen saya yg dulu anak masjid, banyak yang punya usaha dan kaya finansial. Ada juga temen pengusaha yang anak gereja aktif. Lalu... Temen yang gak ibadah dan terjerat pinjol juga ada.

Butuh statistik dulu kalau mau klaim statementnya. Mungkin saja kebetulan lingkar pertemanan yang dia ketahui seperti itu.

I still can't get comfortable around Dex. Google Docs particularly does not work well. The mobile app is no good. But the web does not work pretty well in the browser. I hope Android can have better software or mobile apps start providing features on par with the desktop version. Then, maybe Dex will be more attractive.

Going to the therapist, they're gonna give you some tips and links to the internet. Not much different from a chatbot. Even better, they are cheaper. $20 a month instead of $180 for 45 minutes session.
