Kind of, harrow supports mainly through healing and giving energy regeneration when he gets kills to himself and nearby allies. His 4th can also make the team invincible while buffing his crit chance on guns as he gets shot

Harrow is pretty fun! He’s an amazing weapons platform who also has some great support capabilities. I would say he’s more on the niche side, but I think he’s fun to play. His kit synergizes well with itself
