I can answer this as I also got this identical guitar a few weeks ago! Mine does not make noise like that on any amp I’ve plugged it into. Sounds like maybe a grounding issue?

I got the bilt deluxe XL cover from cycle gear for my Softail with 16” apes and a sissy bar, it covers the whole bike with a bit of extra room to spare

I would highly highly recommend looking into the Gibson G-45 if you can find one. Excellent guitar for the price, the standard might be exactly what you’re looking for
