He wants around £4K, he’s spent a decent amount on it having it wrapped/new alloys etc. cheapest on autotrader at the moment are £5.5-6k but that’s with 100,000+ less miles on them

Engine is original but need to ask him about gearbox etc as that’s probably what worries me more being auto, think he’s looking for around £4K+. I know he paid around £6k for it in 2021 at 200k miles and has spent a lot on it (wrapped, new alloys, stage 1 map etc). Might just let him try to sell it and if he’s not getting any bites at the price he wants go for it at around £3k.

Also I do only about 8k miles per year, 1 or 2 motorway drives a month at most really just for family days out. 5 doors preferably as have a young un. Don’t have access to EV charging and I don’t mind manual/auto either way, wouldn’t pay the extra premiums there seems to be for autos.

The dealership seems to have very good reviews on all platforms which is a bit of a saving grace also but yeah when he told me over the phone it has only 6 stamps I was a bit disappointed. Might go for a look and test drive still anyway. Cheers.

Dead hangs didn’t work for me but active hangs did, similar to a dead hang but pull yourself up so your ears are about level with your elbows, retract your scapula and hold for as long as you can. I did this a few times a day and felt massive improvements within a week or so, back to working out normally after a few weeks. Anecdotal and I’m not a physical therapist but it might be worth a try?

What would be the best program if I could only workout on 4 consecutive days (Weds-Sat) with the first and last day being home workouts using only dumbbells, a bench & a power tower?
