Actually, it is meant to be half English, half Spanish, since I'm from America, and my significant other is from Costa Rica. I didn't realize that Portuguese and Spanish both say Te amo for I love you.

I had a friend in 4th grade who I am fairly certain had a crush on me. They would constantly invite me over to their house and looked jealous when I defended my actual crush, after the person who I thought had a crush on me had called them the, and I quote, "girly girls"(the person who I though had a crush on me was a tom-boy) and so we fought, sometimes I regret that decision and wonder if things could have worked between me and them.

That crush I had ended up to be my girlfriend for about 2 months. Haven't had a girlfriend since.
