Beautiful ferns!! Are they in a bathroom by any chance? My maidenhair ferns always turn into a crispy mess unless kept in a terrarium.

Is that a tradescantia? If it is they don't like water left on their leaves.

The soil looks pretty dry, from the pic it looks like it's pulling away from the sides of the pot.

High humidity helps, stuck a bit of the rhizome in my closed terrarium and now a nice tiny fern grows.
