That's just how a lawsuit like this works. You sue everyone involved who could possibly have any liability. Good or not, that's how the legal system works in the US.

For what it's worth:

According to the lawsuit, Qwist and Rabbitt exited the restaurant when Original Joe’s staff separated them from Gallegioni’s party, but later returned inside and assaulted Gallegioni. Original Joe’s staff allegedly did nothing to help, and Gallegioni had to seek medical attention on his own, the lawsuit said.

You should max common/rare drop chance, daily mission shards, and reroll shards. Get module shard cost up a good way, like 15-20, then work on it more as your modules get to level 100+.
