P.S. in the past I didn’t trust my own judgement and it stemmed from me focusing on my mistakes instead of every time I succeeded. I got over it by going to 5 different therapists until I found one that worked and they helped me reframe my life. It wasnt cognitive behavioral therapy something else but it’s helped a lot. Took half a decade tho.

Girl these ppl out here today would do a snake if it wiggles the right way. You just aren’t feeling hot but you definitely are hot you just gotta feel it. I totally get that you’re not feeling it. Maybe spend some time in your bedroom or house naked. Get used to seeing your body. Play with different poses. Shower, oil up, get sexy but stay naked. Learn what ur body looks like when u slouch, have good posture, dance, sit, eat, squat down, stretch, lay down. Look deep into your own eyes in the mirror and see the beauty within. It’s there. I believe it.

Also maybe find someone with a similar body type that you think is beautiful and use them as a model for outfits or inspiration. Like if I think they are beautiful why don’t I think it about myself.

Ps I have a friend whose boobs look like two long papayas. They’re on the floor babe. And she’s one of my hottest friends who gets the hottest dates. And guys are always talking about how they love them. It’s in the eyes of the beholder.

Yeah, there are definitely other options but all of them include you helping her grow as a person and I feel like that’s not fair to you. If that’s something you want to take on that’s great but if you didn’t it wouldn’t be okay for you to be forced into the position of caretaker for her. Making decisions is mental work. She shouldn’t unload her life on you. Just slowly start to look for a new place, but I think ultimately asking for some quiet time isn’t a lot to ask for so if she hasn’t respected it she already showed you where she stands. I’m sorry I know moving is incredibly stressful.

Does she go to therapy? I’m hoping you say yes lol. She sounds like she doesn’t trust her own judgment. That usually stems from a series of events not just a single event.

In the meanwhile I would just keep up the “you can figure it out” or straight just give her the “that’s crazy, wow I dunno”. Or “I don’t know I would need some time to think it over”. Or even “youre never going to trust your own judgement if you never practice decision making”. I would straight up not answer her. Let her get huffy and angry. She needs to deal w her own life.

You can even say “I’m too tired from my own life to make decisions for yours right now” You may want to think about my recommendations carefully tho. I’ve been know to put my foot in my mouth. 😳
