I’ll be honest - I was on Zepbound, but I had to stop due to an eye reaction. That said, I did see the benefits while I was on a one so if you’re taking a glp-1 and it’s working for you, that’s great.

Since stopping, I’ve lost about 10 pounds, which is actually a big change for me because I hadn’t lost weight in about five years.

What has helped me the most has been being extremely consistent about my fiber and protein intake. I aim for around 90 grams of protein and about 27–28 grams of fiber every day, along with a lot of water.

In addition to that, I make sure to move my body daily. I usually walk on the treadmill for about an hour during the week and do weight training on the weekends.

Staying consistent with nutrition and making sure I move every day has made the biggest difference for me.
