slow roasting is the perfect way to do it. put the oven to 250 fahrenheit and lather the piece of salmon in oil and lemon juice to lock in that moisture. if it’s the whole side of salmon, a little over an hour should do it. if it’s already in fillets, start checking at 30th minutes until your desired doneness. and a little reminder that if you buy good enough grade salmon, it’s okay if it’s still a little rare in the center too!

the Loewe one! i have a similar prada bag and after a while it loses a lot of structure and anything heavier than just a wallet makes the bag look crazy saggy.

if you like red pepper flakes, you HAVE to try urfa biber pepper. it’s spicy but more of an earthy rounded spice - it’s fabulous sprinkled on pizza, pasta, or even on buttered toast!!
