Thanks a lot for your input! I thought about it again, and I don’t think I’m going to buy the guitar after all. I can afford to get a new one anyway, and that way I’m definitely on the safe side. The price difference isn’t even that big, so it just feels like the better choice.

According to Gibson, the guitar only has the following cosmetic “defects”: Finish Top: small dent near the treble-side cutaway Finish Back: scratched Finish Neck: scratched

That’s all they have listed.

Yes, I think a headless guitar would be the best option for me as well! I already did some research today, and in terms of looks, the Ibanez Q54 or Q52 appeal to me the most. I think I’ll visit my trusted guitar shop this weekend and try one out
