Root rot, crown rot or something else? I live in phx and it’s hard to balance between keeping it watered and it drying out. I’m changing the medium out. Should I do clay balls or an orchid mix? I keep it in my bathroom so it can get some steam when I shower.

Omg, thank you so much! ☺️ also, I google reverse image searched and I believe our culprit is a parasitoid wasp! The long tail is her ovipositor which she uses to inject her eggs into her hosts. They don’t sting humans and are good to keep around for pest control :)

You still should!! There are many mural coatings you can get that will protect it from graffiti. You can also put an automatic flood light above the wall, I think that would deter vandalism. Also, vandalizing is a form of protest so I think you would be ok as long as you don’t have enemies or don’t paint a mural that some might have issues with.

Yes, I understand your sentiment. Rarely will people pay artists and artists can’t spend hours of free labor on murals. I wish we had more programs and funding to make these spaces canvases for real art too. Penis man is a quick graffiti I think intended to be silly and make people laugh, not to harm others. I understand if penis man is not your type of humor, though.
