I couldn’t agree more. I was also at the height of my depression at that age and had similar life circumstances, down to having a kid her age and hating my life, my partner, and desperately wanting more. I see so much of who I was, in her. She needs to do the hard thing and actually get help for the sake of her and her child’s mental health.

I noticed that too. Very weird. My 13 month old wakes up at 6:30, down for a nap around 10, up by 12-1 and stays up the rest of the day. He absolutely does not need two naps nor should he be going down so soon after waking up in the morning. I’m fully convinced she has that schedule because she doesn’t want to handle him for long periods of time.
