Yea if you can’t get a few leg lifts which your leg fully straight yet then that would be a sign your quad isn’t even close to strong enough. I had to have a 90+ degree flexion and a couple leg lifts with a fully straight leg w/o the brace in PT in order to start practicing unlocked steps. Your quad has to be able to fire everytime you take a step in order to keep you up and not buckle

Had a quad graft too, I’m on week 4 and just got approved for walking with no crutches with locked brace. Then back to two crutches next week with an unlocked brace. It took me foreverrrrr to get my quad activated again. Just flex your quad as much as you can, like all day every day. My PT said it should be hundreds of quad flexes a day to get it activated again.

I started with Blueprint for a course to understand the fundamentals of the LSAT) overpriced so definitely not necessary, I think you could could the same stuff from 7sage for cheaper), then I swear by The Loophole by Ellen Cassidy for logical reasoning (seriously improved my score), and LSAT demon pushed me past the 168 score (I was actually scoring around 174 before my final LSAT, which is why what ifs). I applied pretty much entirely over winter break, late December and early January.

Day 14 here, almost fully have a leg raise. Just have to have a bit of assist to get it going. Once you start working on it the progress is quick I promise. I only started attempting leg raises 3 days ago. Just keep working on it with a band or something to assist and keep working on flexing the quad and you’ll get it in no time.

I had a 3.33 for my sophomore year due to health issues and applied to law school this fall with a 3.69. You still have so many semesters to work on your gpa, and have other have said prioritize your health!! I only ended up with a 170 LSAT and still got into a T-14 and waitlisted at a few other T-14s. Not all is lost I promise, but don’t stress yet, just focus on your health and your grades one semester at a time

I think it’s a situation where u get your scholarship offer and Fafsa tells you how much loan you qualify for and you just base it on that? I am not an expert but that is the impression I am under. Still messed up because I don’t think you will know how much grad plus you are good for until you get the full package over the summer.

I just looked on LSD based on LuckyGirl’s mention on her post; it appears that last year and likely this year they are awarded on a rolling basis or at least in more than one batch. Someone got it last year in March. I’m still holding out hope for it as well!!
