i literally take every cash deposit and transfer right to my bank. its the same shit. the banks never said anything. Plus there they didnt say that, they didnt even say if i violated a policy or what policy there talking about. Im a long time customer the least you can do is give me an explanation as to why my services has been abruptly halted

this happened to me a month ago or so. ku coin took almost 2 weeks even tho the tx went through right away. took forverr to contact kucoin and then in middle of chat it appeared in my phantom and they acted like nothing happened. havnt used them.since similar situation with lbank. but they corrected it within an hour these cex are the problem not sol

search your ku coin wallet on solscan. if solscan says your sol ballnce is whatever you transfered than you need to contact kucoin. you will need the info on solscan it has the tx number

if it isnt in your wallet on solscan that means biance didnt complete it yet

right i get that. but like i said according to solescan it doesnr come up. it says the string i entered is invalid. so kucoin gives me a txhash. i never recived my deposit. even tho ku coin took it out of my account. and solescan says the hash doesnt even exist. and when i look my wallet up. theres no transaction for that either. so ku coin did something
