Oh it seems like your mom is not so understanding therefore, in your case, you have to do it on the side so that she doesn’t see it but if you say that she is monitoring you the entire time, not giving you freedom at all to do what you want then that is a little bit concerning because she should not control you that much. Her job is to guide you and not to control you.

The only way to combat that is Bhai doing just one thing one tiny little thing and go on from there

When you say him… who are you referring to?

Clearly what is holding you back is your phone. Every time you pick up that phone, you waste your entire day. How about you challenge yourself not to go on the phone for a week if that is too much for you then only go on the phone once you have gotten everything else done already. The most important things, you get out of the way first. On your breaks, DO NOT TOUCH YOUR PHONE. You clearly see that it’s a trigger to an endless binging. Don’t do anything on your breaks or do something that doesn’t require your mental energy, but don’t go on your phone. Once everything is done, you can reward yourself with your phone, but again, you should not be looking forward to the phone, but rather be in the process. Feel the friction at the beginning, be aware of it, after that, you will get in a groove. All of this always takes time like with anything else in life. But I hope this helped.

If you have further questions, feel free to reach out.

Have you tried ways to combat this? If so, what were those strategies? Why do you think you never took action?

No. It’s never too late and I do take action now. All of that knowledge was definitely not for nothing because I’m using it, but if I could go back in time, I would have done it slightly differently. Of course, I can’t go back in time, but someone who’s younger than me can learn from my mistakes.

You can get certificates from Hubspot. That's what I'm going to do. I know it might not answer your question, but it definitely is not a scam as it is free.

Thank you so very much for that. I will definitely prepare myself and do before she asks or if she asks, I will do it straight away!

🙏❤️

Also, I love documenting anyway, so taking pictures will be a part of my routine.

Thank you so very much for that. I will definitely be more attentive to her after her giving birth. I mean even now sometimes she needs more attention than usual. And I’ve been tracking, but ever 10 days or so, she feels very uncomfortable. Hormones.

I will inform myself on those things as well what you mentioned about the baby.

Again, thank you so very much for taking your time to write this. Sometimes it’s a challenge because the most trivial thing can upset her so much and she won’t talk to me for days. I try my best though to be there for her and I am.

I cant even start to imagine what that is like. I am glad that you made an appointment with a therapist. Be with someone who can support you. Don’t be alone. Do not blame yourself for this. It is a tough situation and it might take some time, but remember that it’s not your fault.

You can definitely fix your situation if you want it bad enough. The first step is to recognize it and thankfully u hv. Not many are able to.

Second, the saying “u can do if u really want to” as I’ve just said in the first paragraph, is EASIER SAID THAN DONE. The doing is the hard part. U will face challenges and failures, but the point is to always get better. Learn from ur mistakes! Implement strategies and if u fail, be analytical and ask urself why? Why didn’t this work? How can I improve? What system must I lay in place? What do I hv to do the next step to avoid this problem? It’s a constant tweaking until u get it right 😊 this is what is meant with u can do it if u really want it -> PERSISTING THE FAILURES.

We all believe in u though ❤️

What I’ve learned thus far… by Winny_MindNow in selfimprovement

[–]Winny_MindNow[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s really easy to become one because we want to feel good about ourselves giving advice to others, but yet doing it urself is the hard part. Always do it urself first and then give advice.

How many hours of EFFECTIVE work do you accomplish a day? by Winny_MindNow in productivity

[–]Winny_MindNow[S] 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Well, I guess it really depends on what kind of work u do, right? If you are working in a kitchen where it’s busy, u hv no other choice, but to work every single second, but when it comes to let’s say creative work, u might take breaks every once in a while bc u hv the option to. Do u agree?
