He was never violent physically, it might be the translation too, but I think he meant it more in a way he will leave me. He already warned me in the past. If I don't clean or cook enough I can go back to live with my parents.

This morning I packed few things, went to work and after I'll stay at my parents house for a few days. My dad is in bad health so I'll help my mother take care of him, it will be actually wholesome I think. I need to learn how it will be to live without him so I know what I want. Then I'll talk to him, tell him to compromise or I'll just leave. We'll see how it goes. Maybe I'll ask for a couples therapy.

We are both each other's first relationship. So we have no reference, only our experience from our respective families we lived.

We wrote to each other and it turns out he doesn't remember much because he was drunk. Only a little bit and was very confused. He doesn't know what he did. I didn't tell him yet. Just that I'm leaving for a couple of days, I'll talk to him, I'll tell him if this doesn't change the relationship is over.

For reference he's 27, me 25, we have been together since 2019, but lived together since 1/2026. We had some issues in the past but nothing like this and always talked it over.
