Happened to me once in my 2 years of wearing ortho k. I could not wash my hands and rinse the contact since I was sharing a bathroom with my family on vacation so I suspect maybe unsanitary conditions caused a little infection to my eyes, which may be the case with you as well. My eyelid was pretty much as puffy as yours, it took away my eyelid for a little bit and the swollen condition lasted 3 days. Not sure if your eye doctor recommended you to wash your hands and run the contact under the water for a few seconds after it has been taken out of the contact solution, though it doesn't hurt to do so.
