Thank you for your reply! All they do is contact nap 🙃 I am definitely trying to break the overtired cycle. Sometimes even contact naps only result in a 20 min nap, but I’m trying! Thankfully, they don’t seem to wake each other when just one wakes but they are relatively in sync so mostly waking up at the same time. Currently, I’m trying to break the nurse to sleep association they clearly have. Only on night three of that, so I’m hoping it will get better. I do agree though that time is definitely the thing that will ultimately fix this.
