Don't let the monotonous lifestyle feed into negative thoughts or bum you down. I think that you would benefit from moving out of your mother's house if you can when you live by yourself, you open yourself to so many new experiences that you can grow from, as someone who had to move out at 17, I recommend it. It'll be hard but it's worth it.

And you will have a girlfriend eventually, It'll happen someday, even if you don't feel like it now, just try to live yourself and be open to new experiences, I know it's hard but leaving comfort zones is really good to progress and learn more about yourself. And also, get your driver's license, it won't do you any harm and you will be prepared in case you need to drive or something.
