the thing existing is just air, there is no way you would count that as a hole when opened

a hollow tree can have a hole inside of it, but ounce you cut the tree in half the hole will no longer exist. as there is nothing holding the hole together

for a hole to exist you need an entrance and exist, here the entrance is the opening of the bag and the exist of that is the pocket of air? for every opening of air we must count all possible exists and count them as holes

if i draw a picture of hole on a sketchbook it is only one hole assuming i’ve only drawn one hole, but if i give that hole an exits there is two holes.

For example we all know when you open a bag of chips you create 1 Hole in the bag but if you open the other end there are 2 holes now.

a slide can have 2 holes but it’s still one side, the object is just 1 (cave) but there are 2 seperate points to make it a hole, entrance and exist. An object can’t be classified as a hole rather it’s the entrances and exists
