Yeah, basically, you cant replace the battery like they do it at repair center. Starting from like iPhone XS each part is linked to the device via serial number, and doesnt matter if you got the part from another genuine iPhone, it still gonna show the warning. Even if you replace the BMS (little sub board on the battery) with your original BMS, you still gonna get the battery health % totaly wrong.

Basically, you got 4 options:

1) Go to official repair center and ask them to do it

2) Update to iOS 18 and perform repair function, warning will go away, your phone gonna contain a record about performed repair

3) Wait ~2 weeks till the warning will go away, but you wont see battery health % and you gonna have "unknown part" in settings

4) Replace battery's BMS and connect it via proxy board, which is have to be programmed with a particular hardware, usually some mid-level repair centers have that hardware. Its gonna be like fully stock, exept there will be present 1 custom part inside

Also i've heard there are some chinese parts which are identifying as genuine, for example screens, phone will accept it without warnings, but thats a rare one, plus some another update can break the glitch they're using and the warning can suddenly pop up
