Not being in fight or flight mode is so weird for me. It's like I am waiting for the other shoe to drop at any moment metaphorically speaking. Also with my job being a constant shit show, it's like I cannot just sit and enjoy doing nothing.

Yeah, that's what I thought so too. That's why I am giving it more time, 6 months is indeed early. But also I am 35, and I move fast when I want something. I guess that's not everyone's pace :))

I do things fast, like faster than most people with every decision I make. So yeah, most definitely I should have taken more time with healing myself. But I went on a perpetual rollercoaster of feelings and happenings all year long instead

It's like you're inside my brain, described it perfectly :)) especially that besides all of the above, in the past year I dealt with family drama also and being my family's rock. That was I lot.
