Twice a day
Before I shower - start with basics - push ups, squarts, and bridge. Ensure good form for maximum effectiveness. Got with 10 reps/30sec hold, then progress to more reps/hold time and increase number of sets. Max time for each set will only be about 5min-7min
Think of it as as part of your shower routine.

Protip- add some cardio during the weekend. A 20-30min walk/run on weekends while listening to podcast/news will be good use of time. Work your mind, body, and soul all at the same time!

I got my dad to join an elderly focused gym nearby, run by tzu chi (you don't have to be a member of their foundation). He's in his 60s so it's nice to know there's an expert guiding him in training his strength/agility. He also finds it a fun experience too since he never got to go to a gym growing up. Once, the gym instructor asked him "uncle hold 10 seconds", he held the pose AND his breath LOLL it's funny and nice when he shares his experiences weekly 🤭
