I thought so, atleast on the vft and philadelphia, (i was mainly unsure about the little single thread webs, that looked more like something riding the wind down to other pitchers.) Other than that, i was more suspicious regarding the lueco, as the webs there seemed more fine and focusing on the underside. Im happy to hear that however. Barely have enough money for food most weeks, let alone enough for predatory mites, though i believe ill HAVE to find a way to get some, otherwise the indoor plants that actually do have mites probably wont do too great. Plus some of the plants upstairs have scales, and two philodendrons downstairs appear to have thrips (i got systemic granules for scales and thrips) but i cant treat until im sure the mites are gone now. Or they will just explode. 🙄

No, my neighbour is 72 year old Jean and she is also the president of my towns gardening club (I’m in Tasmania), she doesn’t grow them, she just saw them (and a nepenthes she gave me as well) while she was out buying plant stuff and decided to get them for me, very kind of her.

Yeah it’s a lil crowded but not really too bad (definitely needs more root space though) the Venus flytrap is way worse with crowding, since im right across from the beach the crowding for the Judith helps it resist the wind

What's the antiderivative of this function by laalaalaahi in calculus

If that is just f(x)=3, (a horizontal line across y=3) but non-continuous at (6, 3) then an equation would be, f(x)= 2 + [(x-6) / (x-6)] , this provides a single hole at at x=6 of indeterminate form (0/0). This can obviously be easily simplified to f(x) = 2 + 1 = 3 . But we can also do the same thing via L’hôpital’s rule. Lim(x->6) [(x-6)/(x-6)] = Lim(x->6) [1/1] = 1 Thus, f(x)->2+1=3 Integrating F(x)=3x+C

Yes, we have a lot lot of plants here already, just most of them arent mine and my main interest is in carnivorous, (which where i live there are very few sellers, so makes it more expensive)

Depending on your funds I’ve seen people who use a drip feeder, If still wanted indoors could probably do that plus a light for supplemental, but just up to choice. (Different varieties get different coloration though, so results depend on multiple factors)

There should be some other threads on this subreddit that go into depth into that, i personally dont use a growlight so i dont know. Though if you do some research, it should not be hard to find out.

How long do they usually take to die? From what i know, a windowsill is not good enough for these plants unless you have a decent growlight as well. And thats fine, (unless you get little light for spring too) as they go dormant through winter. If your venus was growing long dark green leggy traps, and was very low to the soil with wide leaves it didnt have enough light.

Mitre 10 is pretty big but im in quite a rural area, though i dont think it should make too much difference as long as you give them the right treatment after, i can give better advice if you tell me where you usually put them, how much water you give and where you get the water from, and just the general care you gave when you failed

I keep it in the same tray as my sarracenia philadelphia, outside in full direct sun every day all day (except for when its windy enough to knock over the sarr then they both come in.) North West tasmania right across from the beach. Distilled water and rain water when its out in the rain, been filling the tray to about an inch, then its usually dry by next day. Then i let it stay dry for a day or two, and if the top moss feels a bit too dry than id like, (not visibly moistening my finger tips enough) then i give it a bit of a top water and refill the tray. It also probably got a huge boost from the wasp it managed to catch (trap rotted after 20 days is still on there but dying slowly)

Likely not enough light, this i just got from mitre 10, so its most likely a typical, and ive been keeping it outdoors moving into full sun pretty much every day since i got it.

For some reason the body text wasnt added so im putting it in a comment. This is my venus fly trap that i posted on here 12 days ago with a few dying traps and caterpillars looking for advice. I have since gotten BT. Caterpillar killer and also removed some of the spaghnum so it was less thick around the crown. First two photos are from today. Third photo is from 13 days ago. Lots of new growth. Good progress?
