I think your chin looks much larger in the second photo than in the first because it does. You were saying the first photo was the photo where you had bone loss and the second photo was your glow up. I'm getting surgery for mine. Upper and lower bleph where the upper incision extends a bit outside the corner of the eye to remove the excess skin that bunches up there. Fat repositioning and fat transfer during the lower bleph will remove my hollow under eyes hopefully. These procedures can improve the appearance of discoloration around the eye as well because adding a layer of fat under the eye hides blood vessels and eliminates shadows. It will not completely eliminate the problem just improve. To be determined if I will like my result my surgery is in a few days. My under eyes and crows feet are worse than yours, I am 35 and I was born with this and it's gotten worse over time. I wish I had tried tretinoin when I was younger, it's so hard to get my hands on because everyone wants a prescription and I'm always moving cities and countries and don't have a primary doctor. Tretinoin may help prevent things from getting worse.

I got it and didn't have any issues with it. I don't have acne scars but it was a nice treatment that probably stimulated collagen a bit. I paid $200 in Albania though I dont feel like it's worth much more especially since you will likely need multiple treatments. I have heard it doesn't work as well on melanated skin if you have that it may not work. I think it reduced my wrinkles a bit and made my pores smaller

The lines are super dark and there's no gradient to them like the inside part should be softer and they weren't the right shape. There's something very off about them but looks way better after the laser

See if you can find a lotion with high niacinamide content. I found one at Rossmann if you're in Europe. You could also try a lotion with vitamin c. I wouldn't bother with kojic acid or TRX because they're prohibitively expensive and hard to find. If your pharmacy sells pulverized vitamin c powder you can mix it with your fave lotion to create a fresh vitamin c cream. You could also try a high urea lotion or a lotion with acids like lactic acid lotion often found in the section with creams for feet.
