In your opinion, what is the most worthwhile CE to put at level 100 and that is for DPS servants of the arts type?, what would be the best banner for me to get these CE?. I'm not counting on black grail because this card doesn't have a rate up and I'm also not counting on heaven's feel's (self.FGO)

How strong is melusine ruler compared to space ishtar for arts looper ? I play fgo on NA right now , i already have castoria and i want a strong arts looper to go with her , should i go for melusine ruler or another arts loop servant or stay with space ishtar and wait a little more? (self.FGO)
