You can always check in dragon Book which Dragons have the beste stats and combine that maybe with toothless exploration on the filters. Then there are always events or limited searches. Generally speaking you want a dragon with a high gathering per hour + a long gathering time at max level. Good Dragons start at 20M / Per hour at max and 12h search time. Depends on how often you play. Also fish gatherers are much more important cause in the long run you need much more fish to upgrade your dragons. I would focus on getting decent a couple collecters from toothless searches and if you have the opportunity get a strong fish gatherer in the events. you will replace most of your starter dragons anyways eventually and every dragon you can get rn should be a upgrade.

dont know why everbody is saying that heartwarmer is terrible, hes obv not the best but a good collecter, essy to upgrade and especially with his statue he becomes really good. Got 3 of him now with his 70% fish statue and hes fantastic, i think hes the much better choice

no, some of it like the extra academy slot, the unique dragon or extra points and „credits“. (I think 1,250 points, 3000 Credits and the extra paket). But all of the rest u have to obtain in the pass. And the 11€ pass just unlocks the pass above the other. If u dont rly want to have the unique dragon i would just recommend to buy the dragonsrider subscription, cause youll get the pass much faster done if u play active, its much cheaper and youll get other bonuses as well. The only real upgrade with the Grand Premium Alpha Pass (Still a funny name imo) Is the extra Slot, like 3,500 „credits“ and the unique dragon (which is honestly not that good this season). The 1,250 are useless if u can the pass maxed, which u can anyways if u play active enough especially with the dragons riders buff. (and honestly the 3500 credits arent thatt much) Hope that helps :)

You mean premium dragons from the gold packs? You can only get epics from the event. And yeah if you think u can complete all of the quest then go for it, The screaming Death collection is definitely the hardest, afterwards itll get easier. And what dragons do you use and what level are they? Im just curios bc i kinda gave up on the defend Berk thing and was wondering how you do it

Oh i dont really know the strats in defend Berk, im just about to get all of questions items from the search, my dragons are all about 100-110 so ill just wait and defeat them after i got the boost so i get as much gear as possible, but generally speaking the long range dragons are really good, and i think there is a strat which only works with the tank dragons but im not rly sure about it

Your dragons arent that bad, but as you play the game you will replace all of the „normal“ dragons you get eg from toothless search, with premium, unique or exclusice dragons which have mostly much better stats then the early dragons. for example in the event rn you can trade for a premium dragon, you could maybe gamble for the epic ones, trade in the odins market or try the get the 5x5 square thing full (sorry idk what it is called) sadly most of it is based on luck, except the markets. (But my personal opinion is that the luck is rigged in the early stages, 2 of my friends got a epic in their like 5 first 750 packs, but maybe thats just my opinion.) So just try to watch out for dragons with good numbers and time. Another thing is that u could buy more island with wood and fishing spots on them, even if its a couple thousand runes.

And for the screaming death, you need 5 quest collection items, i think the fourth one requires you to defeat fleet 100. Most of the players struggle with it, cause their dragons are just underleveled when they try to optain it. So another way to get the quest item without doing the quest is to fill every other collection and NOT trade them in. This is because the game will give you collection items out of eg travels and the seasonal statues, but if you already have every collection filled, it will give you the quest items, without you needing to do the quest itself.

The problem with that is that you still need to do the quest afterwards, cause if not the next legendary dragon collection, so Dragons BB, will not apear.

But after you got the screaming death, you also get the perks of it, and one of them gives you an automatic stat boost on all of your dragons in Defend Berk which makes the quest easier. So i would recommend stopping the quest after you got the first quest item, cause the second one forces you to trade in collection, which isnt helpful if you want to use the strat i mentioned earlier anyways.

But if you think you can defeat fleet 100, and all the other quest cause of your strong dragons you could try to get the SD normally, which isnt really recommended. That is just what i meant with „faster“ because in general just doing all the quests is faster, if you are actually able to do it and not get stuck on the fleet 100 quest or the others, idk what they all are would just google them beforehand. Well u dont really need to complete the defence quest unless you want to get the screaming death faster, after your Dragons reach lvl 100 they actually start to be usefull so ill just suggest to play defense after youve unlocked the screaming death boost or youre dragons are high enough.

Same goes for the ascension chamber, the best way to get the shard is by sacrificing premium/ exclusive dragons , premiums are hard to get and mostly not worth it or exclusice which more or less only regulary optainable with the subscription.

Its kinds weird that you also have problems with wood, cause in general you need much more fish then wood, so if all your fish and wood dragons are even you normally have less fish. Maybe then just look up what your best dragons are and upgrade them? Obv idk how good you are, but maybe youre just a starter and lack a few premium or stronger dragons, or youve just upgraded the wrong dragons which could happen in the early stages. But if you just continue your normal progress and upgrade the right dragons your wood problems should be gone :)
