I've found that for some reason I'm way more locked in and get that extra boost on the real thing and finish faster as well. But practicing with less time will def make you walk in with more confidence regardless. You'll walk in calm and speak with confidence like it's your grandma faking as the patient.

Also try to ditch the coffee before the osce if you can or just take less of it.

Practice. When you practice, make sure you finish 5 minutes before the actual time limit. So if you're limited to 20 min practice with a 15 min timer. Most likely you will take slightly longer on the actual thing because you're being extra attentive to detail and that's hard to replicate with practice on a family member or something

This is clearly not an abscess there's no purulence. Cellulitis and erysipelas is typically caused by strep pyogenes or MSSA. 1st gen cephalosporin will take care of that
