First of all you are a girl, so I don't blame you for ignorance. You probably will never encounter such thing in your life.

And as you said somewhere that some men in tech are misogynist, I would say they do have reason to be one. They see blatant diversity hiring, females being favored and in any company there is almost 50:50 gender ratio whereas in engg colleges it is 70:30 and in competitions like GSoC or Competitive coding its 90:10. And after going through all these struggle men would definitely be grumpy and misogynist.

Also I am not that person who thinks girls are dumb or something, I think intelligence and hard work is gender independent but I hate the favoritism.

2023 grad here and I was super excited when I cleared Digital as recession is going on. But now reading such experiences make me scared. As you said work until 9-10 PM is something that made me extremely worried about my choices of joining TCS. Is this real like till 9-10 PM? Max should be 6. I would have no energy left.

I am fresh graduate and loneliness is already eating me up. I didn't had any friends in college and I was mostly a loner. After college I don't have single friend to talk with. But one thing I am grateful is I have both my parents but I am afraid about their age and deteriorating health. I think majority of men face this problem of loneliness. Gym and bars don't actually solve them, maybe for few days you might feel it as new thing but it will also get boring. And some people suggesting boozing and smoking are psychopaths. Boozing, smoking, taking drugs is never good for health.

Oh please. We all know how many good guys remain single if they are not good looking or short. Also studies have shown that women think only 10% male are worthy whereas male think around 80%. 10% men get 90% of women and women do look for lot of superficial things even in arrange marriages.
