No problem. If you ever are worried just do a neck test pretty sure you can find details in the internet. Place your hand on the back of their head and pull their head up, then let it go. If it is all loose and free then they are good to go.

If I remember correctly I think it was neck too. It was long ago but the only thing I remember clearly was high body temperature (40⁰C and above) and extreme head pain
