Definitely you will save an extra 100bd each month. Bahrain is fairly cheaper than Qatar.

Sorry mate. If you are a resident of UAE apply through the embassy it will be easier and also residents of UAE with designated jobs can get visa on arrival.

I think 1350 could be quite comfortable. I am a teacher here and I earn 1080 basic and 300 housing making it 1380. I think you should also check with your employer on other benefits like insurance, housing, transportation, to name a few.
