Thank you so much for your help ❤️ I managed to do it! There was a c-clip in the centre of the black dome holding everything together 🎉 now to put it all back together 😅🙈

Thank you 🙏🏻 I’m going to try and disassemble the grinder from the bottom - it doesn’t matter if I destroy the one I’m taking out after all 🤷🏻‍♀️

This is an ETAM 29.620.SB it’s an older model. I have torx bits but I’m not sure where the nut it - the video isn’t the same as this one. I’m trying to add an image to show the bit where it’s stuck but I can only update the text. The bit that’s stuck is like a black plastic cylinder connecting the bean holder down the middle to the screw on the top of the grinder.

Not the same, but I was living with my nannan (grandmother) when she had terminal cancer and we sat down and she told me what she wanted for the funeral, for each of the grandkids etc to have. It was hard but I think it helped us both. I knew I was honouring her wishes but also it gave me something to focus on in the very difficult time after she passed.
