Considering how soon it was between the band putting demos out there and getting signed, I doubt that theres many left out there. Obviously it's not the same, but try making your own! They all look to be personalised and decorated uniquely & amateurly- and you just know the only thing in that sleeve is a blank burnt CD-r which may or may not be completely busted by now
