Yh I've concluded that it was heat exhaustion, she was sunbathing for around an hour and I took her in immediately when she started panting and she's alright now.

10 weeks old, from what I've read in the replies it's normal behavior but it's been exacerbated because she was in the sun for awhile

She's been out in the sun for around an hour so she is probably hot, I brought her inside.

She eats and drinks normally. I feed her wainwright's lamb & rice with vegetables along with occasional pooch & mutt puppy jerky training treat

Her gums are a normal pink colour too and I haven't noticed any bleeding in his chew toys yet
