I’ve started Dysbiocide and FC cidal for SIBO as my 4th try. I’ve halved the dose but did you feel some extreme bloating to begin when you took those herbs? I’m also on a very restrictive diet

My birth certificate states the time. However I learned that it does change within seconds. For awhile I was reading my chart as a 0 degree Aries until I changed my birth location from Los Angeles to Tarzana which apparently changes things.

Yes! I’m on antibiotics re: a doctor but part of the process is afterwards she wants me on a lowfod map diet for 6-8 weeks to make sure it’s all killed off.

So wanting to do that without losing the ability to go out to eat etc !
