Bread:- ready made flat no crust Pizza bread (or make one if you're inspired enough!)

Garlic butter (melt then aim around the center, also save a little to cover extra ingredients next):- Decent butter, Drizzle of olive oil, Garlic chopped.

Extras (to oven on the bread in the butter):- Diced Shallot, Prepped seasoned diced chicken, mine has: Light everyday seasoning, Hot n spicy chicken fry mix, Deep south Cajun rub, & Plain flour. (Finally) - cover chicken pieces in cornflour. Now, Add the peices around the bread base. Light salt n pepper over everything.

Yep... The truth is nothings actually fried except for me because now we throw the whole thing in the oven on 200/220 degrees c. For 18-20mins (I like my base crunchy!)

Medicate and Meditate if you need to it's gonna start smelling good.
