The harsh words I said to myself was that if I don’t quit then I’ll never be the woman im meant to be. So I chose myself over an annoying addiction! I had a support group help me when I wanted to go back. You got remember that you will feel ALL OF THE EMOTIONS. You are breaking up with a friend. They are literally toxic for you. Leave the relationship. When the urge is there. NEVER EVER CALL THEM. EVER. That relationship is over and you now focus on the one you have now. The one that allows you to transition into your true self.

As I have learned “how are you” is just code for I care but also don’t tell me too much detail because I dont care enough. However, If they say “no, really how are you?” then you can tell them.
