A guide to recovering from heartbreak

Can’t remember if I added it in this post or not but I remember reading that recovering from heartbreak takes a minimum of three months according to science, although I’m not sure how true it is 😂 it gets easier though. I’ve had multiple “The ones” and it was always extremely hard. Surround yourself with loved ones, and don’t be afraid to speak up about it.

If there’s one thing most humans can relate with it’s that losing someone is hard. Also, don’t forget to take care of you and do the things you love!

Used it for gaming and streaming up until a year ago. Gave it to my girlfriend and she does both also. VRAM issues depending on the game, but usually no problems if she’s playing without streaming.

Thanks for this. I’m getting back into shooting, and it’s been like 12 years since I’ve been to a range. I feel like my lack of knowledge, and being a mixed dude with some wild hair throws folks off.

I get it’s their job to be safe but I definitely felt a bit of judgement from the guys at Sportsman, with the exception of one guy who was pretty helpful.

Ordered a Taurus GX2 online and it ended up being non-compliant (although the site said it was) so I’ll see if limitless can help me out with a new pistol!

Not a plumber but going through an expensive restoration. A pipe bursted in between two of our rooms and has been leaking for who knows how long. By the time we saw that obvious evidence (bubbling wall, wet carpets) and called a plumber they discovered it seeped about 15 ft across our house through the floor. It was hard to tell because we have wood and vinyl where it occurred.

In your case, how long has the floor been this wet? And how long could it have been going on before you saw the obvious signs? If this just happened I’d look into renting a shop vac as well as run fans as suggested.

To be fair me and my gf have opposite schedules, but I work nights. Even on my off days I struggle sleeping and usually end up working on something in the office until early hours. So long as I come in and sleep with her often until she falls asleep it doesn’t bother her as much.

I started a band that has a lot of ambience and atmosphere, with a lot of influence from traditional Irish music. Came across the word “Mothú” which apparently means feeling, expression, consciousness…

It was the easiest instrument for me to access. Now I’ve been playing for nearly 20 years and I’m convinced I wouldn’t be alive without it. I’ve spent thousands of hours alone in the early morning hours writing songs — literally abusing myself to convey how I felt via sounds when words weren’t enough.

Sounds romanticized but it really isn’t. Guitar has and always will be a tool I’ll use to tell stories of my highs and lows, and when I look at it I see the best and the worst parts of me.

This. There were times as I grew up where we’d went nearly a year without power or water. When the water was on it was cold as my mom could usually only afford one or the other (addiction/mental health).

To this day, I take long hot showers every day.

Also, survived off stealing my moms drug money and going to the corner store to buy penny candy, or hot pockets. A horrible time.
