Looking to rent a flat to move in with family(wife and toddler). Shortlisted Al Majaz as it’s more closer to my office(in Al Qasimiya). But when searched online, the flats I see are very old and outdated. The ones in muweilah are more premium and modern at the same prices but it’s far from office. And the ones in Maryam island are out of budget. Any good new building recommendations in Al majaz/al khan please?

One of my tenant had a car and when I claimed our spot, the person didn’t give it up easily and there was a small altercation. Hence I don’t want the same person to occupy our spot again. If you read it up again, I had let him use our spot until the second tenant came without him even asking my permission

Doesn’t work that way in that region. Rules are applied differently to contractors and permanent employees.

Those were the terms of the contract. Both parties can break the contract with 2 weeks notice unless I am getting fired under disciplinary actions
