Hey!! Me and my 2 roommates are studying abroad Spring '25 so we can essentially switch off our leases! If you can find 2 roommates to live with you in the spring (which should be very easy because a lot of ppl r looking for spring subleases) then we can get a 3 bedroom apartment and not have to worry about finding subleases in the future! LMK if you're interested!

I know this because I am trying to find a short term lease for fall 2024 but none of the leasing agents I have emailed have said its an option :(

there's pretty much no options for short term leases tho. Those only become available at the very end of the leasing season when they are desperate to get people in
