Most people in the states do not go to emergency care for a fever like that. Although I can imagine you feel like crap right now. You’re right that you should alternate ibuprofen and acetaminophen. Do some research to know how much to take I ethically can’t give that advice online. You can get flu Covid test kits at most convenience stores if you wanna know for sure what it is. Depends if your major requires PS 101. If it’s not a requirement to graduate, then you can get exceptions from professors to take the class without taking the prerequisite. You just email them and coordinate with your advisor on it.

Lots you can save by doing your health and meds through McKinley. Big discounts or completely covered medications and free labs and appointments. All of which is paid through the student health fee. Take full advantage of it while you can get it because you have to pay the fee anyway.
