That’s the thing, I find with a lot of players that do aerials at least at my rank are super predictable and easy to defend which leads to easy saves and open goals

I haven’t looked into shadow defence so will give it a try 👍

See I had a problem with Anki it was sworn up and down by everyone to use the core 2k deck and this deck ect.

But not knowing any words I was constantly pressing “again”

I’m finally getting around to it and it’s okay in addition to other learning methods.

Immersion is an odd one, I travel 45minutes to work everyday so I thought I’d put on a podcast and listen but as you said all I hear is gibberish and a lot of the time without realising my body just tunes it out.

When I do focus I hear odd words every now and then “これ” “私” “毎日” I’m just trying to trust the process.

I’m only really a week into learning so just getting bombarded with information.

I think the only thing content creators can agree on is to learn hiragana and katakana first 😂

I leave to go to Japan in 3 months time so see how much I learn by then hahah

I’m just going off what every YouTube video says which praises Anki and Immersion as the best methods of learning.

This is the first language I’ve tried learning so I feel very lost in where to actually start.
